Marketing Services Agreement

1. Overview

This agreement for marketing services ("Agreement") is between AS RARE X NETWORK LTD, a registered company in the Republic of Cyprus (registration number 446732, referred to as "Provider" or "We"), and the individual or business using the services (referred to as "Creator" or "You"). Collectively, "Parties"; individually, a "Party".

The purpose of this Agreement is to provide marketing services for promoting Creator’s content on platforms like OnlyFans, Instagram, Twitter, and others. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue using the services and notify us immediately.

2. Definitions

Creator: An individual creating content such as photos, videos, or text for engaging with fans on various platforms.

Content: Any material created by the Creator, including photos, videos, messages, and posts.

Fan: A user who subscribes to and interacts with the Creator’s content.

Platform: Websites or applications where Creators share content and interact with Fans.

Commission: A percentage or fixed fee paid by the Creator to the Provider for marketing services.

3. Services Provided

We specialize in promoting content across platforms like OnlyFans, Instagram, and Twitter. Our services include content promotion, platform optimization, detailed analytics, advertising campaign creation, and investment in targeted traffic.

4. Content Responsibilities

The Creator is solely responsible for the creation and publication of content. The Provider only promotes this content and does not influence its creation or distribution.

5. Payments and Commission

All payments made by Fans for viewing content go directly to the Creator through the platforms. The Provider's commission is charged separately and is not deducted from Fan payments.

6. Legal and Liability

The Provider is not responsible for any damages related to content published on Platforms or interactions between Creators and Fans. All disputes arising from this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

7. Amendments

We reserve the right to update this Agreement with prior notice to the Creator. Continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
